IMAGE UPLOAD AND ARTIST INFORMATION SECTION

Please Upload an image of each piece of work you wish to submit in the form below. 

It is recommended you photograph each piece BEFORE you frame it, so as not to have any reflections in the photograph. These images will be used for digital marketing, creating digitised sales files and exhibition plates. They will not be used for print therefore do not need to be big files. The gallery has requested a Max file size of 800px and Minimum of 640px. If we require a larger file size for print we will be in touch.

The following information is used to collate works, create exhibition plaques and create and track all sale information. Please make sure it is accurate as changes made after submission will incur a cost of £15 admin fee

We advise to

• ALWAYS USE A COPY OF YOUR ORIGINAL FILE IMAGE WHEN UPLOADING WORK

It is a good idea to have the image file saved and ready, with the filename added as described below, before you begin to fill this form in. 

• Each Image FILENAME MUST be labelled with the following with your name and surname, Title of the work and code (Your initial and the last two letters of your surname plus the Artwork number) Eg Mary_Smith_Psychedelic_Dust_MSth

• Max file size of 800px and Mininum of 640px.  As This is for screen use only.

• The File Name will Appear under this box once uploaded.  

• FILE TYPES ACCEPTED JPEG, PDF OR PNG 

This information is essential for digital use for marketing and publicity by The Omega Printmakers CIC and the Jack House Gallery.  

You will be expected to add the same information in physical form on the back of your work for exhibit see Exhibition Manual (terms and Conditions) on The Small Wonders Phase 2 Page.
